The Monastery Restaurant
Housed in a glass-covered courtyard, The Monastery offers a modern European Brasserie menu in a bright, refreshing space in the heart of historic Prague. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook a spacious terrace that is popular for summer dining, and ancient trees have been carefully incorporated into the restaurant’s design. Highlights of The Monastery’s menu include dishes created with fresh, seasonal ingredients in addition to the hotel’s own St Thomas Beer. The menu is complimented by an international wine list featuring wines from old and new world regions.
The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day.
Located moments away from The Charles Bridge and close to Prague Castle The Monastery Restaurant is situated in the vibrant Lesser Town (the Mala Strana quarter of Prague).
Ideal for both business and social meetings, The Monastery is close to Prague's commercial district, with the Czech Parliament and Senate, key embassies, shopping areas and entertainment facilities nearby. Key historical sites, such as The Old Town Square, the National Theatre and the Wallenstein Gardens, where classical open-air concerts are held between April and October, make its location unique. The underground and other public transport stops are all nearby.
