The Monastery Restaurant

The Monastery Restaurant, housed in a glass covered courtyard, offers a truly refreshing and personalized dining experience, from the friendly service to the flavourful variety of our European Brasserie menu. It features three listed trees and has a capacity of 90 indoor seats. The restaurant was recently awarded with the highest 3-star award in EURO's Prague Top 50 Restaurants guide - an unheard-of success for a newly opened establishment. The 3 star accolade was granted to a total of 3 establishments in the city "which are distinctly and in all respects the best in Prague and have all features of a world-class restaurant." In addition, the editors recognized the opening of The Monastery Restaurant and The Brewery Bar as the F&B Event of the Year.

Executive Chef Richard Fuchs moves his kitchen team from mushroom
season to game season beginning on October 19th, through to November 22nd. Richard has created a full-flavoured array of specialty game dishes prepared with fresh local products and ingredients.
