The Lichfield Restaurant

Housed in a glass-covered courtyard, the Lichfield Restaurant (formerly the Monastery Restaurant) offers a modern brasserie-style menu and all day dining in a bright and attractive space. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the restaurant’s attractive courtyard and gardens, and ancient trees have been carefully incorporated into the overall design. The Lichfield Restaurant takes its name from the wonderful exhibition of photographs taken by the world famous British photographer Lord Patrick Lichfield that adorn the walls and corridors.

The Lichfield’s Executive Chef, Miroslav Grusz, has created a truly European menu for his restaurant, using the best seasonal ingredients sourced from all over the Czech Republic. Guests can choose from simple, fresh salads and sandwiches to lobster, caviar and oysters, accompanied by anything from a good local wine to a top of the range champagne.

The Lichfield Restaurant has quickly established a reputation for wonderful cuisine, excellent service and a relaxed and sophisticated ambience. Together, these elements combine to ensure a truly memorable dining experience at very affordable prices.
The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week.

Lichfield Café & Bar

Located in a beautiful barrel-vaulted hall, the Lichfield Café & Bar is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day in the City, to meet friends for morning coffee, or to spend an evening in the summer listening to live music and sipping the bar’s signature ‘Angel Cocktails’ which have been inspired by the bar’s carefully restored 19th Century baroque ceiling frescoes. Once the monastery refectory, the Lichfield Café & Bar offers a variety of teas, coffees, champagne and cocktails, as well as light snacks, and is open seven days a week from 11am until midnight.

St Thomas. Brewery

The St Thomas. Brewery Bar was once the cellar of the original St Thomas brewery, and has always been a popular meeting place for the locals. The St Thomas. Brewery continues this tradition today, serving a modern St Thomas Beer along with specialty seasonal beers and a selection of Czech-style tapas.
