Housed in a glass-covered courtyard, The Lichfield Restaurant is the only restaurant of a five star Hotel in Prague to be part of Slow food! It offers a modern European Brasserie menu in a bright, refreshing space in the heart of historic Prague. The restaurant's new interior is the work of Italian architects Lorenzo Carmelini and Katrin Herden, in which they have used their typical style that consists of interesting combination of modern design with the elements of the Renaissance era.

La Degustation Bohême Bourgeoise

This cosy restaurant with open kitchen prepares three tasting menus consisting of seven courses supplemented with seven amuse-bouches. Flavours of classical French, Italian dishes and Czech culinary art from the end of 19th century meet in them.

La Finestra in Cucina
Cuisine: Italian

This cozy Italian-style restaurant with a Soho vibe (exposed red-brick walls, oak parquet floors, open white-tiled kitchen) serves some terrific food. Chef Tomáš Černý features well-aged Piemonte beef from Italy (for brasato al Barbera) and Dutch veal (for chops and saltimbocca).

Le Terroir
Cuisine: International with French influence

Located in the heart of the Old Town in a cellar of Roman building from the 12th century. Restaurant menu features the latest trends of the French cuisine, as well as biggest wine selection in Czech Republic and Fromagerie with cheeses. Le Terroir holds Bib Gourmand Award by Michelin in years 2006 – 2010.

U Modré Kachničky
Cuisine: Czech

Well-known and renowned restaurant in the lovely part of the city – Mala Strana. Traditional Czech restaurant with excellent cuisine is designed to reflect the ambience of bourgeois saloons. Stylish interior brings the atmosphere of Prague’s 1920s and 1930s.

V Zátiší
Cuisine: International
