Olga Polizzi teamed up with London-based interior-design practice RDD to create this sleekly stylish hotel in Prague's Malá Strana district. Created from seven buildings, including a 13th-century monastery in which friars still live, the hotel has 101 rooms (including 16 suites), some with views of the city. There's a small spa that features a gym, a hammam and organic products, and an elegant restaurant set in a glass-covered courtyard.
X-factor All rooms are generously sized and individually decorated with furnishings by Czech artisans and designers.
